The WENZELBAND ® GMBH evolved from the company, A.WENZEL GmbH & CO.KG; which was established in 1929 in Germany and still exists to this day. A further strong performance was created by the take over of the DEWA GMBH GERMANY, a factory manufacturing semi finished textile products that was established in 1948. In the year 2003 our CEO, Dr. Nicolaus Wenzel, did establish in romania a new company specially for narrow fabrics, the SC Wenzelband Romania srl. in Brasov.
