The SC WENZELBAND® Romania srl was created by the managing director WENZELBAND of the GmbH existing® since 1929 in the year 2003 in production in Brasov in Romania and production is predominantly appropriate for mass-produced articles. The core business of the WENZELBAND® GmbH are the production and marketing of weaving flexible and inelastic volumes. An additional turnover carrier production by assumption of the 1948 created factory for textile semifinished makes DEWA GmbH, whose division developed in the meantime to a further branch. Altogether the enterprises complement each other much, which also the sense of the assumption was. The WENZELBAND® SMC PVT Ltd. was created by the managing director WENZELBAND of the GmbH existing® since 1929 in the year 2004 after 15 a year old business relation with Pakistan in Lahore (Pakistan). The core business of the WENZELBAND® SMC PVT Ltd. are woven and worked materials in the cotton -, cotton/polyester and polyester range, as well as commodity from these raw materials manufactured.

In order to be also in the future trailblazing, the house always® set WENZELBAND on newest technology. To keep constantly invested it around the machinery on the newest conditions. A technological autarcy was aimed at gradually, in order to let the processes in the house, which can be realized, run off controlled. Thus before 40 years its own Schaererei and the own equipment, added later then still volume printing machines (flexographic printing, Foularddruck, screen printing as well as transfer printing) and coil coating machines were already installed.

With the assumption of the enterprise by the following generation is by Dr. Ing. Nicolaus Wenzel a further step for continuity and flexibility made. It is supported by Klaus Wenzel (export and co-ordination foreign manufacturing broad fabric) Michael Melsheimer (marketing), dipl. Oek. Annette Wenzel (sales), dipl. -Ing. Antje Ott (sales) and Helmut Bauer (balance bookkeeping).

The main business fields of the WENZELBAND® are technical textiles, fashionable textiles and home textiles. It for years on the important fairs e.g. the Techtextil (Frankfurt), Munich Fabric start (Munich) and the Mod'amont (Paris) is issued.

In the house WENZELBAND® for a common future prospect on the way into globalisierte markets one works intensively. This is expressed by the internationalization, as well as intensive research and development activity of the group of firms and the training activity of Dr. Nicolaus Wenzel at the professional school Pirmasens in the specialist area polymer technology. Woven one and or ready-made flexible and inelastic technical volumes, Geradbaender, schraegbaender, crease volumes, fixing volumes, covered volumes, antistatic volumes and perforation volumes, textile punching hurry, volumes of all kinds, rotation filter coated -, Flexo and transfer printing articles, retroflecting 3M-Scotch-lite-baender, broad fabric and the Heimtextilen of final products made of it. Naturally at any time innovative product developments for new areas of application can be developed. By the broad product range and the DIN/ISO 9000 certifying is characterised the WENZELBAND® - firm group as a system supplier for customers with high requirements in date, quality and technical variance and as reliable partners.
