WENZELBAND® GmbH production conditions All under the label name WENZELBAND ® manufactured article are " made in Germany " in our production in Bernkastel - Kues to the Mosel.
At the WENZELBAND ® GmbH the DIN ISO 9000 is imported, so that all products has the highest quality level as in-house ® WENZELBAND standard and all products of a strict final inspection to be subject.
Designing
All samples can be provided by our Design department for the individual customer. Existing articles can be adapted. All colour variations can be given by the customer. All Design costs are included in the prices starting from 1.000 m. Sample quantities under 1.000m are computed depending upon expenditure. This expenditure price is calculated by the sum of fixed cost block and material block.

Weaving mill shank article
The partially complicated connections are woven realized with 2 to 16 shanks in 1 to 2 weft system. . As basic connections can be realized canvas, twill, Atlas or their derivatives and as Kant organization hollow edges or pico edge. Additionally editions or inserts can be in-woven into the fabric. Material-conditioned special requirements can do e.g. reflection, afterglow or anti-statics are realized.
Weaving mill weft jacquard articles
The partially complicated connections with 2 to 8 shanks and 36 to 160 cord yarn (cords for moving the threads drawn into the braids) in a weft system are woven. As basic connections can be realized canvas, twill, Atlas or their derivatives and as Kant organization hollow edges or pico edge. Additionally editions or inserts can be in-woven into the fabric. Material-conditioned special requirements can do e.g. reflection, afterglow or anti-statics are realized.
Weaving mill completely jacquard articles
The partially complicated connections with 216 to 512 cord yarn (cords for moving the threads drawn into the braids) in 1 to 6 firing systems are woven. On order we can supply with also all articles to to Oekotex standard 100 quality. These articles are manufactured out after Oekotex standard certified yarns and equipped with a formaldehyde-free Oekotex standard Appretur. Thus one corresponds to the requirements of the Oekotex standard. Likewise no chrome (VI) connections as well as carrier on basis of halogenierten aromatic hydrocarbons, Biphenyl or ortho Phenylphenol becomes assigned. With colouring no Azocolours is used, which forms or several of the amines already specified above in the text.

Colouring
All articles can be coloured with the following 1 to 2 or be prepared by the employment of different base materials for different dyeing methods:
Cloth printing
Articles can become 1-6-Farbig transfer-printed on or 1-4-farbig rollers -, filter or Flexoprint.
With rollers -, filter or Flexoprint is separately computed the cylinders and/or filters.
With transfer printing, which we can supply to 5-farbig, the plate costs are separately counted
Minimum with the pressure about 2,500 m per colour position

The products
The product range of the DEWA GmbH is based on the manufacturing processes of the straight pass ribbons and bias cut ribbons; all further products are made of these two kinds of volume. First the straight pass ribbons and the bias cut ribbon are introduced and then the volumes and products produced from it.
